Welcome to View From The Top, a stunning 30A vacation home designed for unforgettable getaways. With four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Just a short walk from the beach, you'll love the open floor plaFn, inviting atmosphere, and the added convenience of a golf cart to enhance your stay.
Spanning over 2,154 square feet and towering three stories high, each member of your group will have plenty of space to unpack and unwind. Stainless steel appliances, marble countertops in the kitchen, and hardwood floors throughout give this home a luxurious feel. The living room, kitchen, additional primary bedroom, and second, third, and fourth bedrooms can all be found on the first floor of the home.
The kitchen provides the perfect place to spend quality time over dinner with your family. The living room includes a Smart TV, making it easy to stay up-to-date on your favorite shows and movies. Spend your evenings out on the private patio, reflecting on your day in the sun. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor of the home and includes access to a private balcony. There is also a bonus room on the third floor where you can catch some gorgeous Gulf views. This screened-in sunroom is sure to be your favorite spot during your stay.
This home is just a short walk to the beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. Spend your days lounging in the sand as your kids work to catch the next wave. The outdoor shower will come in handy as you head back inside from the beach. If you don’t feel like walking to the shore, there is even a golf cart available for guest use. Another great way to get to know the area is by bike! The 30A community is very bike-friendly, and as a guest at View From The Top, you have access to four adult bikes. There is even a private grill if you decide to whip up hamburgers or hot dogs during your stay.
