Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Nestled in the new 30A Townhome Community, "Always Dreaming" offers accommodations for up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths. This 3 story spacious townhome with 2500 square feet features an attractive design with the kitchen and living space on the second floor to enjoy the large covered patio. This home is great for two families wanting to vacation together.

The first floor includes a large foyer, a master suite with a large walk-in closet, a private covered porch, a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer, and a one car garage that stores provided beach gear.

The second story includes a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a spacious living and dining area with a generous 19'x10' covered porch, and a large master suite with walk-in closet. The third floor includes 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom along with a large bonus room for relaxing and watching your favorite show after a long day at the beach. There is also a trundle day bed that sleeps an additional 2 people in the bonus room.

There is an inflatable toddler mattress and pack n play available to use.

Wifi and cable are provided. Both living spaces and both master bedrooms have Smart TVs. Please log out of your accounts before you leave.

A starter pack of coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and shampoo will be provided. You may wish to bring more depending on the length of your stay.

We have provided beach equipment for guests to use. You will find 4 backpack beach chairs, 8 towels, a beach tent, umbrella, rolling cart, and a small cooler. These items are provided for the convenience of our guests. Please take care of the items and rinse all sand off before leaving.

PARKING
There is a 1-car garage and 1 paver parking spots in front of the unit. Your car will be towed if you park in unauthorized areas. Let us know if you have more than two vehicles, as we do have a free parking arrangement with the storage facility next door (pass is needed).

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Seagrove Beach, a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting.
