The first floor has access from the front door, the garage entry and from the backyard entrance....all creating easy access for everyone going to the beach and to the beautiful community pool. The first level of the home includes a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and adjoining bedroom featuring a twin over queen bunk bed with an additional Queen sleeper sofa. Out the steps of this bunk bedroom, you will find privacy in the backyard which leads directly to the Highland Parks Resort pool. The Highland Parks pool is like no other on 30A and you will love the views of the surrounding Blue Mountain Beach area from the lookout tower. You might also enjoy relaxing by the communities fire pit and spa tub.

Heading back inside, Take the homes private elevator up to the
second floor where you will find a large open living room with ample seating, a beautiful dining area, game table and gourmet kitchen. The laundry room and a half bath are also on this level. On the third floor, the 3 King bedrooms await you and your guests. The beautifully designed Master bedroom overlooks blue mountain and a glimpse of the emerald green gulf waters.
