A kitchen island with stool seating is situated beside the cozy living room, offering a casual spot for enjoying tasty appetizers or tropical drinks. The kitchen features black granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and a uniquely tiled backsplash. Honey-toned floors extend from the kitchen into a welcoming dining area, which has a rectangular hardwood table and six high-backed dining chairs. The open great room shares this floor with a guest bedroom that is perfect for the kids in the group. The bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk and a twin trundle, as well as a comfortable seating area with two patterned armchairs that face a TV.

The remaining sleeping accommodations are located on the third floor. One of these is the master suite, which has a king-size bed, cottage-stye furnishings, and a luxury bath glass-walled tub/shower combo and double vanities.
