The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare family meals, and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage.

The master suite features a King bedroom, private bathroom with walk in shower, private balcony, and walk in closet!

The guest bedroom offers a queen bedroom, with forest views and plenty of closet space. 

The bunk room has 4 twin beds, arranged in two bunks, with TV, closet and armoire.

The guest bathroom is nicely sized, and is just a couple steps from both the guest bedroom and bunk room.  You'll also find a half bathroom conveniently located on the first floor.

You'll also find a lovely den/landing area on the 2nd floor, with a dedicated workspace desk and sofa!

Summersalt Place also includes some great features outside the home! An expansive back deck includes peaceful forest views, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining space. Walk down the deck steps and you'll find a fire pit patio space with Adirondack chairs, and lush greenery! The garage is also set up as a great staging place for your beach activities, with a 6-Person golf cart, and lots of fun beach gear!

The beach is just a short drive or moderate walk away from your front steps. Exactly one mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.

If you're looking for a place with a fun pool, you cannot beat Cypress Breeze! Walk or bike to the amazing neighborhood pool - at about 13,000 square feet, with multiple waterfalls and grottos, it's one of the largest community pools in all of Northwest Florida!

We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).

*You must be at least 25 years of age to book this home. College-age spring break groups are not permitted, regardless of chaperone

*RVs, boats, and/or trailers of any kind are not permitted in the neighborhood. Storage facilities do exist in the area, but space is extremely limited - be sure to plan ahead, as storage is not available or permitted on property.

*The Cypress Breeze neighborhood does not allow street parking. All vehicles must fit within the perimeter of the driveway and cannot overhang into the street. Overflow storage options may be available locally, but are not guaranteed - be sure to plan ahead, as overflow storage is not available or permitted on property.
