Step inside and into a generous, lounge/living space, with cushioned seating and a flatscreen, next to a small set of stairs that will carry guests into a communal, common area, offering an open living and dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, all complete with upgraded designer furnishings and luxury touches throughout. The dining area has built-in seating and a stone tulip table that comfortably seats six to eight. There is an adjacent wet bar with a beverage fridge and an ice maker. The adjacent bar seating off the kitchen accommodates three more. The completely renovated chef's kitchen has high-end appliances throughout: a six-burner gas stove, a large Sub-Zero fridge, a large farmhouse sink, and a pantry.

Travel upstairs towards the bedrooms. Step into a large king suite that is near a full bath, with a seating area with a sofa and chair, as well as dresser storage, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with lounge seating that overlooks the Tupelo Gazebo! Nearby, guests can locate another king room with dresser storage and a flatscreen TV, as well as an ensuite, full bath. The third bedroom is a bunk room with four single beds, dresser storage, and a flatscreen TV, near a full bath with a large shower.
