An additional non-refundable pet fee is collected after booking. Any damage caused by pets will incur a minimum fee of $350.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.
Located in Grayton Cove, a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Seaside Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and rock climbing nearby.
