'Wrigley's Field' is our charming Seagrove beach house named after our beloved Chicago Cubs and our dog, Wrigley. Our beach house is conveniently located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. 3 bedrooms/3 full baths. The owner's suite and second upstairs bedroom are both suites which have their own full bathrooms for privacy. The owner's suite has a king size bed. The other second floor bedroom has a queen size bed. Approximately a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest beach access. The central location is perfect for all your recreational needs. Seaside is 1 mile away; Publix grocery store is about 1.5 miles away; and Angelina's Italian Restaurant, the very elegant Cafe 30a, and the only Tom Thumb convenience store between Dune Allen and east intersection with Highway 98 are all within the block. There is a private community swimming pool across the street and the beach, shops, bike paths, and state parks are all within walking distance.

This property features 3 large porches off the front and back of the house and the master suite porch even features a peek of the ocean. It has an outdoor shower, a deck, and a large backyard with a Weber grill. The driveway can accommodate parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The 30a area has some of the best restaurants with lots of live music options. Seaside has the famous Bud & Alley's restaurants (taco bar and pizza bars) and Great Southern which has a happy hour each day from 4-6 pm. The Redbar located in Grayton Beach serves the best crabcakes and has the best Sunday brunch. You never know what celebrity or musician you may run into while at the Redbar.

This cozy house is set up perfectly for family vacations. The first floor has a bedroom that sleeps six. The spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area are all on the first floor, as well as a full bathroom. A side door leads to a fenced backyard for your four legged family member. The second floor holds the owner's suite and a guest bedroom, each with private full bathrooms. The owner's suite bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower with a separate water closet. Both of the second floor bedroom suites have full porches with multiple adirondack chairs.

Seagrove Beach is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Sandestin on scenic Highway 30-A. The area is ideal for vacations, weddings, or other special occasions. You can relax on the beach, visit world famous Seaside, shop at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or play at any of our challenging golf courses. The location is ideal for all your recreational needs.
