In the heart of Seaside is Rendezvous off of the quiet E. Ruskin Street. This residence is centrally located within steps of Seaside Town Center or the Ruskin Beach Pavilion. Rendezvous has 4 bedrooms + a bunk space and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests during your stay.

The first floor of this home greets you with a lovely living room with plenty of cozy seating for the entire family to enjoy. The open concept main living space flows seamlessly into the dining space which offers stylish seating for 6 guests. Into the kitchen you will find spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar stool seating for 2 guests. Off of the kitchen is access to the backyard which provides dining al fresco options.

The second floor of the home features two bedrooms and a bunk space. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed, a private bathroom and access to a private porch to enjoy the views of Seaside. The next bedroom has a queen bed, a shared bathroom with hall access, and access to a private porch. On the third floor, tower floor, you will find two twin over twin bunks (sleeping a total of 4) and a private porch that provides beautiful views of Seaside!

- Golf cart rentals are not allowed in Seaside.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Seaside, a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Seaside Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Scuba diving, snorkeling and surfing/body boarding adventures can be found near the property.
