Grab a bike and explore Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved bike bath that traverses through 16 communities along 30A. Grab a bite at Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, or Local Catch Bar and Grill, all just minutes away!
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
4 bikes are included with the rental. These bikes belong to the home and must be left locked at the home upon departure. Please report damage to the bikes, if any.
Please Note: The top floor balcony bedroom is closed off and not to be used by guests.
