Welcome to beautiful Bella Vita, an Italian-style resort located at Blue Mountain Beach on Highway 30-A near Grayton Beach--between Destin and 30-A's bustling villages. This luxury resort, located at the highest elevation on the gulf coast, is quiet and private with only 48 condos and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully manicured courtyard complete with a fountain leads you to two swimming pools overlooking the beach, one of which is heated during cooler months. The beach-front deck is complete with grills and seating for relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. Bella Vita has 365' of private beach, and our condo provides the extra amenity of 4 complimentary beach chairs with 2 umbrellas set up for your convenience (March - October). Bella Vita is primarily a residential community. Only a handful of owners rent their unit, and as a result, Bella Vita has a tranquil, non-partylike atmosphere. We ask that anyone considering renting our unit at Bella Vita keep this in mind.

Enter B-407 to find light and airy on-trend decor. Stylish furnishings and original art add to the ambiance. The living room and all bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs with cable and streaming capability. Pillow-top mattresses add to the relaxing vibe. Both the master bedroom and bedroom #2 have king beds while the third bedroom has 2 extra-long twin beds. The unit is equipped with a pack n play as well as a high chair. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is a powder room off the main living area. The gourmet kitchen offers Subzero, Dacor, Kitchen Aid, Asko--all top brands. The 5 burner Dacor gas cook top is a highlight as are the wine refrigerator and ice maker. It's a great kitchen for those who love to cook. Also the laundry room has a new Samsung washer and dryer along with a small refrigerator perfect for beer/soda.

Our top floor balcony is comfortably furnished with a chaise lounge and a table and chairs for 6 guests. You can hear the waves and see the beach from your luxurious spot above it all!

Bella Vita's well-appointed gym features a Hoist fitness system plus free weights, rowing machine, ellipticals, treadmills and stationary bikes. A bike/walking path along the front of the property is also a highlight. A bike shop providing rentals is across the street, and a day of exploring the area is a favorite pastime. Enjoy a ride to the bustling village of Seaside.

Between Gulf Place and Grayton Beach, we are close enough to everything without being in the crowds, with plenty of room on the private beach and at the pools.
You will not find several rows of umbrellas here! We are very close to the well-known Blue Mountain Bakery, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mabel and Redfish Taco with nightly entertainment. Golf and water sports are also nearby. These many features make Bella Vita B-407 an excellent choice for your beach vacation.

Located in Blue Mountain Beach, a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach, this condo is in the mountains and on the beach. Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Grayton Beach State Park and Blue Mountain Beach. Sundog Books and Eden Gardens State Park are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
