• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Hvac: upon your departure in winter, please turn the heat thermostat down to 60 degrees. in summer, turn the ac up to 85 degrees.
• Patio: bring all patio cushions inside and crank the umbrella all the way down; make sure the grill propane tank knob is turned off
• Lock up: make sure the windows are closed and locked (levers should be in down position); check that all exterior doors are closed and deadbolts are all locked (all 5 doors).
