The eat-in Kitchen has plenty of granite counter workspace and quality stainless steel fixtures, including a Bosch dishwasher and oven range.

The Master Suite has a pillow top queen bed, large smart TV, walk-in glass tile rain shower, twin sinks, and separate soaking tub. It connects to the Study as well as has French doors directly to the garden. The Study/5th BR has a large smart TV, work desk, queen sleeper sofa, and a full bath with tub and shower.

The other 2 bedrooms on the main floor are isolated and share a full bath. One has two twin beds (perfect for kids or singles) and the other has a queen bed and TV and cable. The two bedrooms share a full bath and each has a queen size bed and garden views. The apartment also has a full laundry. Rental of this optional apartment is not available except in connection with a rental of the main house.
