Snuggle up by the fire and share fun times with your loved ones while planning all of your next adventures, or curl up in front of the flat-screen TV and stream the most popular series for a thrilling evening at home. This home is also equipped with mini split AC units for added comfort. The large kitchen has an island, good storage space, and a breakfast bar. Find all the major appliances needed to whip up everything from full-course meals to delicious finger foods and snacks for movie nights. The kitchen features a French-door fridge, built-in double wall oven, microwave, five-burner stovetop, coffee maker, dishwasher, a mini-fridge, and a wine cooler. Nearby, the charming dining area is perfect for family meals.

The main bedroom is secluded from the rest of the home, providing lucky guests with all the privacy they could ever need. This bedroom features another kiva fireplace, a flat-screen TV, access to the patio, and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and double vanity. There are two more bedrooms on the opposite side of the home - both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom each. The laundry room adds more convenience to your trip with a washer/dryer combo.

The private guest house has two stories full of incredible amenities and comfort and amazing views. The first floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a small four-person dining table, a two-sided porch, a bedroom with two beds, and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The upper level has two more bedrooms and a shared full bathroom.

The guest house is a part of the rental, available to guests. It does not have a kitchen but offers additional sleeping arrangements. The guest house offers a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, sink, and coffee maker.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
