This is a very nice Santa Fe style 4 bedroom 2 bath entire home that offers a large sun room and private hot tub for soaking and relaxing. This property is beautifully appointed with custom furniture, original art and all new bedding , pillows and sheets and all kitchen items. There is a very large master bedroom with its own TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. There are vigas in the ceiling, tile floor and 2 French doors leading off the bedroom, one to the back yard and the other onto the large sunroom. The sunroom is furnished with 2 loveseats and 2 lounge chairs and provides a wonderful area to escape from the main rooms. The sliding glass doors lead off the sunroom to the privacy fenced backyard with the hot tub, patio table and chairs and the BBQ grill.
The 4th bedroom has double French doors leading onto the back yard as well and is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. There is a one car garage as well as off street parking for another 2 cars.
The home is conveniently located within 2 miles of the historic Santa Fe plaza, Canyon Road, the De Vargas Mall, Sprouts, Whole Foods and all of the famous and wonderful restaurants Santa Fe has to offer.

Located in Southside, a neighborhood in Santa Fe, this vacation home is in the mountains. Santuario De Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe and New Mexico Museum of Art are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Randall Davey Audubon Center & Sanctuary and New Mexico Land Conservancy. Rockin' Rollers Event Arena and Recursos de Santa Fe are also worth visiting.
