Upon entry, the master bedroom to your right invites you with its two balconies overlooking the stunning Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Further down the hall, beyond the columned elegance of the dining and living areas, lie two queen bedrooms. One boasts an outdoor reading nook for those serene moments under the starry Santa Fe sky, while the other offers an indoor reading nook, a perfect spot to dive into a book with views of the wild New Mexican landscape, surrounded by the fresh aroma of piñon and sage. No unauthorized guests are allowed on the property. If the host discovers more than 8 guests on the property, it will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

4. No Events or Parties
Events, parties, or large gatherings are not allowed. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

5. Host Verification
The host reserves the right to verify the number of guests at any time during the stay.

6. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, noise must be kept to a minimum to respect the neighboring properties.

7. Compliance
Non-compliance with these occupancy rules will result in immediate eviction from the property, with no refund for the remaining nights.
