This incredible house right on Palace Ave was built in 1930 and renovated to the studs. It has a glorious front porch with a porch swing, high victorian ceilings, and beautiful interior design. A few blocks to Canyon Rd and a few to the Plaza. Easy walk everywhere for shopping, eating, and drinking! Every room is beautiful and bright and so comfortable.
We are on the most elegant street in Santa Fe next to Canyon Road. Palace Avenue is a leafy street with some of the most beautiful and coveted houses in town.

The house is 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom upstairs is a king-size bed, downstairs, there is a queen, a double, and two singles.

Master Bed and Bath is heart-stoppingly gorgeous. The other three bedrooms are chic and perfectly sized. Plenty of storage
There are three different living areas. Two upstairs and one downstairs with the TV for cozying up.

We have central air-conditioning upstairs. Downstairs has thick beautiful walls and does not need air conditioning. The house has amazing radiant heat when it gets cold and a fireplace.

Historic Eastside, a neighborhood in Santa Fe, is home to this vacation home. Santa Fe Climbing Gym and Quail Run Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Canyon Road and Santa Fe Farmers Market. Santa Fe Botanical Garden and Recursos de Santa Fe are also worth visiting.
