Welcome to Casa de Carol — our home away from home, and we hope it becomes yours too.

Step into a living room warmed by brick floors, soaring 15-foot vigas ceilings, and a crackling fireplace — the kind of space that just invites you to slow down. The open layout flows into a dining area for six and a gallery kitchen stocked with everything you need, right down to the Keurig and filtered ice water, so you can cook, gather, and feel instantly at home.

From there, doors lead to a private front courtyard, a fenced backyard with a covered vigas patio, our downstairs guest wing, and stairs up to the master suite — with a hallway to the main bath and 2-car garage along the way.
Upstairs Master Suite: Sink into the king bed, unwind with the smart TV, and soak in the remodeled ¾ bath with heated floors. Step onto your private deck for sweeping views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains — our favorite spot for morning coffee.

Downstairs Guest Rooms: Two cozy queen rooms, one with backyard access, the other with a smart TV and its own quiet courtyard, share a bath, laundry closet, and utility room.

Outdoors: Gather under the covered vigas patio at the dining table for four, or stretch out on the lounger in our low-maintenance rock yard — perfect for soaking up Santa Fe's famous sunsets.

Tucked on a peaceful cul-de-sac among ten townhomes around a shared courtyard, we're just steps from the Santa Fe Rail Trail for walking, jogging, or biking.
