Check out instructions

• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
• Our home cleaner will arrive around 11am, please lock the front door and simply drop key(s) in the mailbox slot before you leave. we will move key to the lockbox after the cleaner completes her work.
• Please do take the trash out for us to prevent the ants from moving in. we would appreciate if you can pile the used towels and bedding in the bathroom next to the washing machine.
• We are happy to forward any items left behind but it is best to double check and make sure nothing is left behind. i can hold any items for a family member to pickup as well.
