Our guests have access to the seasonal community swimming pool, hot tub and spacious clubhouse, a rare find in downtown Santa Fe! Our home is priced as an executive rental in a way that incentivize stays of 30+ days.

The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely. The dining room has seating for up to 6 guests and is a great spot to set up a daily workspace. Guests can also retreat outside to the private backyard patio, enclosed by a Santa Fe style coyote fence and towering trees, and featuring comfortable outdoor seating and a gas grill.

The fully-equipped kitchen will inspire you to plan your own meals while experimenting with fresh Santa Fe ingredients from the farmers market or several nearby grocery stores. Or take a short stroll to the historic downtown district and experience the culinary adventure of the world class Santa Fe dining scene.

Our home includes tastefully displayed original art pieces from the private collection of Shanan Campbell, artist and owner of the Sorrel Sky Gallery in Santa Fe. Relax by the cozy indoor kiva fireplace on chilly desert evenings and in warmer months, the newly installed central air conditioning will keep you cool and comfortable. Strike up a tune on the full size electric piano or watch all your favorite streaming subscription channels on the smart TV. We also have basic cable channels. The living room couch converts easily into a comfortable sleeper sofa for extra guests and there is a full bathroom located on the main level. The unit also includes a stacked washer/dryer and plenty of pantry space for storage.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a large walk in closet, a king bed with plush, luxurious bedding and an Apple TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private walk out patio with spectacular views from the hillside.

The home is conveniently located just 3 blocks from the famous Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and 5 blocks from the Plaza. You can easily take a longer stroll over to Canyon Road or to the Railyard District for the Farmers Market and Galleries. A quick 10 min drive gets you to the Santa Fe Opera, or hit the slopes at Ski Santa Fe, just a 35 minute drive away.

Pets: Traveling with your dog? We are willing to consider allowing 1 dog, on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more info! The pet fee is $40/day.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
