High Desert is a fantastic representation of Santa Fe’s unique aesthetic. Featuring open floor plan for groups and impeccable views of the Jemez Mountains, this home will immerse you in Santa Fe’s secluded countryside with the Auberge Bishops Lodge Resort within a 1/4 mile walk.
LIVING AREA
The living room showcases a large, inviting fireplace and floor to ceiling wooden beams and windows directly facing the unobstructed mountains and the desert terrain beyond, offering a quintessential view of New Mexico’s famous terrain.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen opens onto an comfortable dining room, creating an open space overlooking the living room.
BED AND BATH
Both bedrooms serve as luxurious sanctuaries equipped with elegant en suite bathrooms, and doors leading to the outside private patios. The fireplaces in the bedrooms are decorative only and cannot be used.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Once you step outside, you will discover native landscaping framing a comfortable patio, ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding and looking out upon the majestic sunsets to the West. A community pool is available during the summer and a short walk with plasticware and towels available.

4.6 mile to Canyon Road
4.9 miles to the Railyard
4.3 miles to the Downtown Santa Fe
The home is also adjacent to 200 acres of the Santa Fe National Forest with multiple hiking trails that are available and easily accessible.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th. The fireplaces in the bedrooms are decorative only and cannot be used.
- The pool is only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and is not heated
- A pool waiver must be signed before using the community pool
- The HOA continuously monitors the pool area with security cameras
- The pool's safety equipment is not for recreational use
- Guests must return all pool furniture to where they found it, and the pool area and bathrooms must be cleaned up upon departure
- 4-wheel drive, snow tires, or tire chains are necessary when renting this house during snowy weather.
- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
Tesuque, a neighborhood in Santa Fe, is home to this vacation home. Santa Fe Opera and Meow Wolf are cultural highlights, or if an activity is on the agenda, check out Ski Santa Fe. Lensic Performing Arts Center and SITE Santa Fe are also worth visiting.
