This lovely one level unit in the popular Quail Run Community is on one-level overlooking the golf course on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Walk into this comfortable townhome and enjoy the tranquil setting.    The home has Saltillo tile floors throughout as well as vigas and a kiva fireplace.    The well-designed living area boasts blue leather sofas and a comfortable chair to enjoy the fireplace or watch a movie.
There are French Doors to access the private patio with lounge chairs and two dining tables.   The large brick patio overlooks the eighth fairway of the golf course.
The recently updated kitchen and dining room are adjacent to the living space.   The new stainless-steel appliances include a double oven and gas cooktop.   There are granite countertops and a skylight to brighten the space.
The property offers two-bedroom suites as well as sitting room/den.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen four poster bed and desk. There are two baths each with a walk-in shower, commode and sink. There is no bathtub.
The guest bedroom suite offers twin beds which we are able to convert to a king with advance notification.   There is a full bath with traditional tub/shower.
The sitting room is off the entry and has comfy seating to enjoy quiet read time or sit at your desk and return those pesky emails on your working vacation. There is a door to the kitchen for a late-night snack.
The total ambiance of this home is comfortable, spacious, and light with Santa Fe flair.    There is a lovely collection of interesting art and tchotchkes as well as a very well-appointed kitchen.
The home provides evaporative cooling and two garage.

Arroyo Chamisa, a neighborhood in Santa Fe, is home to this vacation home. Santa Fe Botanical Garden and Recursos de Santa Fe are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Santa Fe Farmers Market and Santa Fe Railyard.
