A fenced yard, a bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, a playground, and many outdoor entertaining areas. Minutes away from Montecito’s Upper and Lower Village and their highly rated restaurants as well as Montecito's most secluded beaches. This comfortable home boasts air conditioning, upgraded wifi, Hulu/Netflix capable TVs in each living area, and a luxury coffee maker. Please note: Children are welcome but please be aware that outdoor spaces have many stairs, hills, etc. and children should be supervised at all times.
