There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home. One features a queen sized bed and plenty of storage space and a TV, and a comfortable chair to curl up in and read your favorite book. The other bedroom on the main level features a futon that can be converted into additional sleeping space, as well as a desk for at-home work. There is a hallway bathroom for the outfitted with a tub and shower combo, as well as a laundry room with plenty of space for folding and storage!
Behind a door in the hallway is a staircase leading up to the primary suite. Up here, you will find two balconies, a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and seating area that looks out above the living room. This unique set-up offers privacy while still allowing as much light into the home as possible. The primary suite also features a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo, designed with modern simplicity and function in mind.
Outside, serenity abounds in the midst of a diverse array of plants and seating options. On the back patio there is a comfortable seating area, a perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxed evenings under the stars. When dining al-fresco is on the menu, you can enjoy the outdoor dining set for 4 on the front patio near the kitchen.
