The whole family/friends can enjoy their stay at this brand new, stylish, single-story 3 3-bed, 2-bath home. Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, it can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably on our high-quality green tea memory foam mattresses. The kitchen has beautiful high-gloss cabinets, a waterfall island, & white Carrara herringbone backsplash. The garage is converted into an arcade room for adults and children! There is a back patio w/ outdoor furniture, charming string lights, & BBQ.

The house is conveniently located in Santa Ana, borderline Fountain Valley, minutes away from neighboring cities Garden Grove, Westminster, Huntington Beach, and Costa Mesa. Miles Square Park & Golf Course is one block away!

This property is an entirely brand-new construction ADU (additional dwelling unit) on the same lot as the main house. However, it has a separate entrance, driveway, garage, and yard. No amenities are shared, there is no interaction with the front house tenants, and it is completely fenced off which makes it super private :)
The master bedroom has a desk and chair, perfect if you're working from home/traveling. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower.
There is another full-sized bathroom with a standup shower in the hallway between the other bedrooms.
In-unit washer and dryer are located in the Garage/Arcade Game Room!
Sleeping accommodations:
All bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed, which can sleep a total of two guests per bed. We can provide an extra air mattress for extra guests upon request. Being that the bedrooms sleep 2 guests each, with the air mattress, we can sleep up to 8 people.
Families traveling with children:
For traveling families with little ones, we can prepare a highchair, and baby bathtub, and pack & play for you! Please let us know when you book or before your check-in :)
