This multi-level home is near Sanibel bike paths and a short walk down the street to the beach. This charming bungalow provides use, (for a fee), of a 6-seater street legal golf cart providing easy access to the beach where you can relish the seclusion and tranquility of the pristine shoreline, perfect for shell collectors.
It is also conveniently located close to many restaurants, shops, J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, the Sanibel Recreation Center, the World-famous Bailey's Matthews National Shell Museum and a short 9-mile drive to Captiva.
Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open concept living area which is furnished with tasteful decor, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. This unique duplex boasts distinctively designed spaces, including an enclosed sunroom/lanai that leads to a screened elevated deck which affords a magnificent view of the lake, wildlife, and amazing sunsets. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a private entrance where you can welcome invited guests during your stay. Indulge in the fully appointed kitchen, and savor cozy evenings by the working fireplace on those rare chilly nights.
Some of Rabbit Retreat many features include laundry room, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV's, board games, screened in heated pool, ample parking spaces for you and guests, bicycles, beach rolling wagon cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, PlayStation console with an assortment of PlayStation DVD games, gas grill and outdoor rinsing station.
