Recently updated with new beds and floors in Jan 2023! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 3BD Bungalow in the middle of Historic Sanford. Only a short walk to all the shopping/restaurants/nightlife on the brick-paved streets of downtown Sanford. Take a stroll on the Lake Monroe walking path. We just replaced all the carpet with new SPC flooring in Jan 2023. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed and smart TV, a small bedroom with a new (Jan 2023) queen size bed, and one small bedroom with a new (Jan 2023) full size bed and a TV that only plays DVDs. There are a few kids movies provided.
You’ll have the entire house to yourselves.
We’ll be available via phone, text, and the Airbnb app. We have a person nearby the property that can answer questions as well.
The property is located a 10 to 15 min walk from downtown Sanford with plenty of restaurants/shopping/nightlife. A great dog park is a very short walk just north of the property. We are midway between Orlando attractions and the ocean.
