This split-level vacation rental features unique decor and artwork and a gas fireplace to give the whole place a rustic mountain cabin feel. Visiting chefs will love the completely remodeled, full kitchen with knotty alder cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and tile floors. And when you're craving a little friendly competition, head into the family room, where you'll find a foosball table and a lounge with a 43" TV and a selection of movies.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Ski shuttle details: There are several park and ride bus stops along Wasatch Blvd.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
