*24-hour security cameras on the exterior of the home, four in which actively record video and audio.

*We do not accept responsibility for any accident, injury, illness, damage, weather conditions, acts of nature, or death sustained to any person authorized or unauthorized to enter the property, regardless of the cause, in addition to lost, stolen, or items left behind. You agree to this policy by voluntarily checking into the rental property.

*We do not allow pets and no smoking/vaping in the property. If there is evidence of this, there will be a $500 pet fee and $500 smoking fee, further fees may be added if house rules are broken and there is damage to property after a checkout inspection is completed. If house rules are broken, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property early. You agree to this policy by voluntarily checking into the rental property.

*No access to the garage, secured but we have plenty of parking space.

*Please keep in mind our home is older but well maintained and cozy.

*Keyless entry, you will receive a temporary access code for your stay and instructions with code will be provided the day prior to your arrival.

* Guest booklet with other helpful instructions or recommendations for an enjoyable stay is located inside the home.
