The Space
This stylish and cozy home is perfect for group trips or families. The open design creates a light-filled space with an incredible view of the Wasatch mountains visible from the large kitchen, dining area and spacious living room that’s perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The large office space downstairs includes an adjustable standing desk and full second living room space. This home-away-from-home is ideally located at the back of a cul-de-sac in a safe and friendly neighborhood with beautiful Falcon Park just minutes from your doorstep.

There will occasionally be landscapers that come to service the property and shovel snow. We will communicate with you proactively if it overlaps with your stay.
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there is a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control company to service our property. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
Located in East Bench, a neighborhood in Sandy, this vacation home is in the mountains. Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre and Thanksgiving Point are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Snowbird Ski Resort and Alta Ski Area. Traveling with kids? Make time for Hogle Zoo, or check out an event or a game at America First Field. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
