• Bedroom 1: King bed + king fold-out couch in private sitting area, ensuite bathroom

• Bedroom 2: King bed, adjacent hall bathroom

• Living Room 1: Queen pull-out sofa + two twin rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses, access to hall powder room (this space can be fully closed off for privacy)

• Living Room 2: Open area with two convertible futons, nearby hall powder room

• Living Room 3: Open area with queen Murphy bed, nearby hall powder room
Every sleeping space comes with fresh linens and cozy bedding to make sure all guests rest well.
Guests have their own entrance to the garage, front door, and the two upper stories. Also, all of the decks can be accessed from the two upper stories and the side deck to the left of the garage walk way. There is a full time tenant on the lower, third story that can assist you if needed.

Bell Canyon Tree House is a year-round sporting destination within walking distance of both Dimple Dell, the south fork of Dry Creek, and Bell Canyon. Erica can arrange skiing at Brighton Ski Resort and also has Kayaks available.

Thanksgiving Point is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Snowbird Ski Resort and Alta Ski Area are worth checking out. Loveland Living Planet Aquarium and Cowabunga Bay Water Park are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, and horse riding.
