The dining room and master bedroom walkout to fully fenced backyard with Trex deck, pergola, gas BBQ, and 10x15 storage shed. Lower level has a second master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom, double vanity, large shower, and his/her walk-in closets. This level also has a separate half bathroom and laundry room with washer/dryer. The garage includes a nice shop bench with space for storage. The driveway includes an area for parking a large vehicle, RV, and/or trailer. No smoking. First and last month's rent, as well as a $3,950.00 security deposit are required prior to moving in. Available for 6 to 12 months lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, gas, phone (optional), cable TV, water, sewer, and trash.
