You'll feel relaxed in this very large (1800 ft.²), beautiful, very well lit with natural light, private entrance basement apartment that is only about 1 mile from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon (Snowbird and Alta resorts) and 3.3 miles from Big Cotton Wood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton). Take in breathtaking views on countless hiking and biking trails.
This 3 bedroom apartment has a private entrance. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, outdoor bbq, dining room, living room with 2 large screen TVs, a laundry room, very fast internet and a fireplace for you to enjoy.
Relax on the hammock and chairs as you take in the mountain views, blue skies and fresh air.
Natural light floods much of this private basement apartment. One of the bedrooms even has sliding glass doors leading out to the pool.
The apartment is just over 1800 sq. ft.
During the summer relax in the private unheated pool which opens from mid May to mid September. Or enjoy all year the fire pit and bbq. Or go check out the great restaurants in the neighborhood.
You'll have full access of your own private washer dryer units as well.
All three bedrooms are large. The smallest room has a full size bed and also a three bed bunk bed. Not (2) two bed bunk beds. Vrbo does not have a choice for that when describing rooms.
Space is not an issue in this Vrbo.
Coffee pods are provided for the Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker, french press and italian moka coffee maker so you can get your energy up for the local activities.
Just to let you know there is a camera that monitors the pool area ONLY, just for security. There are NO interior cameras.
Let me know if you have any questions about the pool which is open mid May to mid September or the year round fire pit. They are there for your private use.

Located in East Bench, a neighborhood in Sandy, this apartment is near theme parks and near a water park. Thanksgiving Point is a popular area attraction and if an activity is on the agenda, Snowbird Ski Resort and Alta Ski Area are worth checking out. Loveland Living Planet Aquarium and Jungle Jim's Playland are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the sledding and snowmobiling.
