This condo is located in the lower level of a newly remodeled, private home. It is above-grade and bright, with a private entrance and stunning city and mountain views.
-Parking: two parking spaces designated to guests. This parking pad is just outside the rental entrance.
-EV 220 Tesla charging available for use upon request (located at upper portion of the property)
-High security: the property is gated (guests will have a gate remote), key entry to unit.
*(This is not any kind of complex, it is a gated, privately owned one acre property with two homes).

Snowbird Ski Resort and Alta Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Thanksgiving Point and Hogle Zoo. Loveland Living Planet Aquarium and Paddle Wasatch are also worth visiting.
