The living room has a 60 inch TV with Surround sound and sub woofer. Over-sized reclining leather couches. Wood/Gas option fireplace. And a 90 gallon saltwater tank for your enjoyment. Private office with large desk and amenities. 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds with room darkening shutters. Large Kitchen to move about with a gas stove for cooking.
The house has a doggie door (NO CATS ALLOWED).
The large back yard has a hot tub, covered gazebo sitting area and hammock for relaxing.
There is a lovely park across the street, with miles of paved walkway along a beautiful creek.
Our home is 23 miles from downtown Austin, where there is live music, fabulous food venues and lots to do every day!
