Escape to this charming Cape-style home in the Lakefield Farms neighborhood of Sandwich, MA. With access to Lawrence Pond’s private beach, a neighborhood playground, and tennis courts, this peaceful retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
The Home:
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, and modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
The main level features a bright living room, an open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a guest bathroom. A first-floor bedroom with an ensuite bath adds extra convenience.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a half bath.
The lower level offers a TV/game room with multiple games, a washer/dryer, and an additional sleeping space.

Outdoor Perks:
The spacious fenced-in backyard is ideal for enjoying the fresh Cape Cod air. Gather around the firepit, take advantage of the large play area, or set up a friendly game with the portable baseball backstop.
Pet-Friendly: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. (There is a $100 fee to bring a 2nd dog)
Things to Know:
Guests must register at the clubhouse/private beach and pay a $25/week fee for access to Lawrence Pond’s private beach, tennis courts, and play area.
Parking for four vehicles is available.
