Upscale Kitchen includes breakfast bar, Dining area and built in seating around a large picture window. Half bath located off the Kitchen. Down the hall you'll find the Master Bedroom with sliders to a private deck, and a private bath featuring radiant heat floors, jacuzzi tub, enclosed shower and double vanity. Large walk-in closet with electronic safe. Completing this level are 2 additional Bedrooms, full Bath with tub/shower and Laundry Room.

Descend to the lower level (where the floors are also warmed by radiant heat) with Game room with a pool table, wet bar, smart TV, sauna, Bedroom/Den and another full Bath with tub/shower. Large sliders on this level access the outdoors and luxurious salt water hot tub. Walk down the steps to a private dock with a small private sandy beach area. There you'll find for your use a row boat, 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard and 4 adult & 2 youth life vests.

The pond is suitable for swimming, fishing and of course a stone skipping contest! Enjoy morning coffee on your private deck, take in all of nature, watch the kids swim and play, cook out on the gas grill, and finish up the day around the stone fire pit or in the outdoor hot tub. Once you land here, there's no reason to go anywhere else! Pets are not allowed. WIFI included, Smart TVs require Guests to use their own Streaming services.

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
