Kick-off your flip flops -You are at the beach! Just a 1/2 mile walk to town neck beach from this charming home. The house features a fully equipped contemporary kitchen/dining area with granite counters and an island. The main floor also includes a half bath and a vaulted sun-soaked living room with lovely views. Seasonal views of Old Harbor Creek from the house.
Two bedrooms can be found upstairs on the second floor, as well as a full bath. The recently renovated lower level includes a room with a full bed, a washer/dryer, and a second living room for the kids to watch movies or play video games on a rainy day.
Unwind at the end of your day with a glass of wine on the patio while enjoying the new outdoor seating & and a barbeque grill. This desirable location is close to Sandwich Village, shopping, restaurants, beaches, and even the Cape Cod Canal.
