As soon as you pull into the driveway and step out of the car, the salty fresh air hits you. The home has amazing views from every room but is also quite private with the trees providing seclusion. Sit on the front porch and take in the smell of the salty ocean air, or relax on the large back porch and take in the amazing views of the ever-changing marsh. For those who enjoy bird watching, this property is incredible!

The first-floor living room and the kitchen are sun-filled and airy. We just recently installed Central A/C to keep you comfortable during the hottest of summer days. It is tastefully decorated and provides plenty of space for families to gather to have family meals, relax in front of the flat-screen TV, or play board games. The kitchen flows right off the living room and provides everything you need to stay at home and prepare fresh meals. If you aren’t up for cooking, just venture a few minutes down the street to Main Street where you will find excellent restaurants and cafes. The first floor also provides a large bedroom complete with a new king mattress, along with a full bathroom right outside the door. Also on the first floor is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

As you follow the staircase to the second floor, you turn left and enter the huge second bedroom complete with a king mattress and peaceful views of the marsh and creek right outside the window. Lounge in the sitting area by the windows and enjoy the ever-changing tides of the marsh. The third bedroom is the largest of the bedrooms, complete with two new queen-sized mattresses, bedding, and pillows. You can see directly to Cape Cod Bay from this bedroom and observe ships entering the canal. There is ample storage in each bedroom and the updated second bathroom completes the second floor.

This cute Sandwich gem is located .4 miles to Boardwalk Beach and a short drive to Town Neck Beach. You can also launch the four kayaks directly from the backyard and make your way down mill creek to the beach. You can use the new outdoor shower to rinse off and relax in the hammock set amongst the trees.

We have 4 Kayaks on premises and beach towels. Bring any additional beach accessories you feel are needed. It is a one minute walk to the Sandwich boardwalk, where you can jump in at high tide and access the beach. Right now the new boardwalk is slated to be finished in May. It is about a 5 minute walk to downtown Sandwich for restaurants and shopping as well.

Sandwich is home to Amazing Sandwich location steps to the new Boardwalk with ocean access. Scusset Beach State Reservation and Lowell Holly reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Sandwich Mini Golf and The Adventure Park at Heritage Museums & Gardens. Green Briar Nature Center and Jam Kitchen and Pairpoint Glass Works are also worth visiting.
