You are just steps from fabulous casual to elegant dining options and outdoor recreational activities... and of course, Cedar Point is just a few miles away!

This unit features a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and sugar and bottled water. Fresh towels and linens adorn the beds the master bedroom and the comfortable queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the great room. Cooler and grill utensils are available for your use. Roku & Hulu streaming and guest streaming tv access along with an assortment of games, as well as a fitness center on the property will keep you busy on rainy days. **This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**
**Periodic noise maybe heard inside unit with shared building common spaces.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

Sandusky is home to this condo. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Erie and Sports Force Parks at Cedar Point Sports Center, while Cedar Point and Kalahari Waterpark Resort are popular area attractions. Shoreline Park and Maritime Museum of Sandusky are also worth visiting.
