The private hot tub and the back porch offer beautiful views of the lake and nearby mountains, and the private dock is an ideal home base for all of your adventures on the water. Whether you choose to spend your days boating, fishing, or water skiing on Lake Pend Oreille, you can cozy up by the fire each evening - and you won't even need slippers, thanks to wonderful heated floors!

This home is a lake enthusiast's delight, as Lake Pend Oreille awaits right outside the back door. Take a boat ride over to downtown Sandpoint (six miles west) to enjoy a variety of restaurants and fun nighttime entertainment. The surrounding mountains are full of beautiful hiking trails and horseback riding routes, which are easily accessed with Mountain Horse Adventures. When the lake freezes over, it's just a 15-mile drive to the ski lifts at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
