The Cozy Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full sized bathrooms, office space, laundry room, a full sized kitchen, living room, and a two car driveway.
The master bedroom features its own master bathroom and walk-in closet that create privacy for guests.
The Cozy Home also has a small patio and full sized grill that can be used all year by guests who are looking to grill some locally sourced meats.
In the Spring, Summer, and Fall the backyard features beautiful flowers and berries that bloom annually. There is also a fireplace that can be used if fire regulations allow based upon the seasons. The Cozy Home is also 6 minutes away from Sandpoint City Beach, another must see (or must swim).
And in the winter, the Cozy Home is perfect for skiers and snowboarders as it is a 7 minute drive to the base of Schweitzer Mountain. The mountain features fun for all - even if you don't enjoy being out in the cold.
Check-ins will be done with done remotely, so no need to rush to check-in.
Located in Sandpoint, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Panida Theater and Bonner County Historical Society Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Schweitzer Mountain Resort and Windbag Marina. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
