POOL HEATING INFORMATION

Pool heating is available during cooler months. We keep our nightly rates lower by making pool heat optional for guests who wish to use it. Spa heating is included and controlled through the home's iPad-based automation system.

During the warm months of June, July, August, and September, pool heating is generally unnecessary, allowing guests to enjoy naturally comfortable water temperatures.

Pool heating rates:

• October, November, March, and April: $150 USD per week (or any portion thereof)

• December, January, and February: $175 USD per week (or any portion thereof)

Simply let us know before your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation, and we'll have everything ready for your stay.

SECURITY NOTE

For security purposes, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera and exterior security cameras. The backyard camera can be disabled by guests upon arrival for added privacy while the home is occupied.
