Our versatile three-bed, two-bath home is great for families, groups of friends, and business travelers alike. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll have an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy distant views of the harbor from many of the windows in the home, and let the sound of the wind rustling through the palm trees in the yard lull you to sleep at night. It is important to note that this property has been subdivided, and our family is in the back of the property.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom space is set up as a vacation home away from home. Because you'll be visiting our coastal community, we've chosen cheerful nautical decor throughout the space. The beds are comfortable, and the home is spacious.

Please note that the house has a $75 cleaning fee. This likely played a role in you choosing it. This cleaning fee comes with two expectations. First, you will return the house back to us the way you found it, with spills wiped up, countertops clean, debris picked up off the floor, etc. Second, you understand this is not the Double Tree hotel, which is down the street and costs the same for a room that you are spending on the whole house, and you will not hold us to their standards. If finding one stray hair will cause you to freak out and leave a one-star review for "clean," please find a location that charges a $300 cleaning fee and has a crew come in between every reservation.

Below are the details about each room in the house:

Kitchen -- We know one of the reasons you chose a vacation rental instead of a hotel is access to a full kitchen. We provide coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, and pepper to get you started. We made every attempt to ensure the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, so we stocked pots, pans, toaster, crock pot, blender, and everything else we could think of. If you think of something we forgot, we are at the back of the property and likely have it in our kitchen, and will do our best to secure it for you.

Coffee and tea bar -- Off the dining room you'll find a coffee and tea station, which has coffee beans, a coffee grinder, coffee pot, French press, pour-over options, and a milk steamer/frother for coffee lovers, as well as a kettle and various tea options for tea drinkers. There are plenty of mugs, and a variety of sweetening options. We hope this station helps you get your day started right!

Dining room -- the dining table seats six, but there is a folding table behind the coffee bar that can be set up to seat additional people if everyone wants to dine together. There are also two extra chairs that will be obvious.

Living room -- with a sofa and love seat, you can get comfy and watch TV or just hang out. Wade is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, so we have a giant selection of DVD screeners for you to enjoy. We've also put out some games, books, playing cards, and Nerf guns (check the dresser drawers for these), because we hope your family enjoys playing together as much as ours does.

Queen bedroom #1 -- the first queen bedroom has a queen bed, a small wall-mounted television, a wall mirror, and a closet to unpack into. There is no room on the floor of this bedroom for an additional mattress.

Queen bedroom #2 -- the second queen bedroom has a queen bed, a large mirrored closet, and hooks on the wall. There is space in this room to place on of the twin mattresses from the twin bedroom if you desire.

Twin bedroom -- this versatile room has a total of four twin beds. Three of them are actual beds, and the fourth is a trundle that is under one of the other beds. If you really want to, you can also use the trundle mattress to turn one of the day beds into a bed for an adult couple, but the room gets very cramped that way, and it's not the most comfortable option.

Laundry room -- We also know you'll want to throw a load of laundry in the wash while you're here, so we've included laundry soap, bleach, and stain sticks in your dedicated laundry area, which is on the side of the house off the dining room.

Yard -- the front yard is yours to use, but the back yard is exclusively ours. Note that the house is not set up with yard space as a prominent feature; it has no BBQ grill, seating area, or other functional options. We are mindful that this is a close-knit residential community, and neighbors would not appreciate guests congregating in the front yard on an ongoing basis. You're free to use this space, but please observe all noise rules, be conscious of the neighborhood you are in, and don't do anything you wouldn't want someone to do in your neighborhood at home.

Northwest San Pedro, a neighborhood in San Pedro, is home to this vacation home. World Cruise Center and Long Beach Cruise Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Aquarium of the Pacific and RMS Queen Mary.
