The space
Backyard offers an incredible resort experience. Large modern fireplace with an outdoor seating area covered with fine Ipe hardwood. The large modern pool is perfect for swimming laps or just cooling off. The pool is solar heated, and includes 3 waterfalls. The jacuzzi can be heated quickly with the push of a button. The outdoor kitchen includes a Delta Heat gas grill, 2 burners, sink, refrigerator, and a Big Green Egg for your grilling enthusiasts.
Large dining room, pool table, and ping pong room. The master bath is a perfect place to relax. Draw a bath in the claw-foot tub, or take a long hot shower. Huge walk-in closets. There are 5 work stations/desks if you need to get some work done. Brand new washer and dryer in the laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and entertaining needs.

There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and plenty of street parking available.
Access to the front door is through a digital keypad, so there are no keys to worry about.

Our home is located just minutes from Encinitas and Carlsbad beaches, Legoland, Lake San Marcos, Del Mar, and La Jolla. Enjoy the incredible parks, lakes, restaurants, and beaches, which are all very close.
No access to garage - Owner's storage. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property for guest safety.
