Mike is Good Sam's Technician Supervisor and Practice Manager. He manages the technician staff, oversees many of the hospital's business operations, and is our general "go-to" guy. Mike started at Good Sam as a kennel worker when he was just a teenager. He is now a licensed Veterinary Technician. He also worked for many years in a busy emergency hospital. That experience is invaluable when pets come to us in crisis. Mike volunteers at a feral cat spay/neuter clinic and also at a local animal shelter. Mike is an avid hockey fan and attends as many Sharks games as he can. He also enjoys concerts, A's games, and spending time with family and friends. Mike is a native of the East Bay and currently lives in Castro Valley with his girlfriend Brenda, and their dogs “Kaedin” & “Odie”.
