The Cocoa Residence is the historic and beautifully restored former home of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory. Note: The pictures are a collage of all the units. All units are similar but only the 2 bedrooms have tubs. The 1 bedrooms face the bay and Ghirardelli Square. The hotel decides which unit you are assigned. Housekeeping will provide you with extra towels etc if requested. Daily maid service is not included but is available for an additional fee.
