Top floor, spacious 1911 Edwardian flat with beautiful natural light. The first bedroom has an iron bed and blackout curtains; the second bedroom has an heirloom piano connects to a large front parlor with a full-sized couch, comfy reading chair. An alcove office with an Arts and Craft desk, and a high-speed wifi mesh network allows for productivity and comfort to easily enable two people to work from home.
A light-filled full dining room and den (which includes a fold-out sofa bed) opens onto a sunny deck overlooking a lush garden. A large chef’s kitchen is fully equiped and features granite counters and a gas range and oven. Edwardian split bath has a shower and tub. Washer & dryer are conveniently located off the kitchen.
Dolores Park is one block away, and is perfect for picnics and people watching. Two famous San Francisco neighborhoods, the Mission and the Castro are steps away. Tartine, hailed as the best bakery in the US is two blocks away, as are two Michelin listed restaurants (Delfina and Francis). The flat is a few minutes from the Valencia Street gastronomic corridor, and the 18th street corridor with famous shops such as Bi Rite Market, 18 Reasons, and Namu-Gaji.
