Everything is walking distance; only 80 steps from the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Within 1-2 blocks, you’ll find cafes, breakfast/lunch establishments, bike/surf rental shops, and shopping. Walk to popular restaurants, boutiques, parks, olympic size swimming pool at Fit and participate a wide variety of water sports (ocean and bay).

This house is perfect for a family reunion, multiple family gatherings, all-ladies reunions, or for anyone building special memories. We prefer hosting to guests that are here to relax and enjoy. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Open concept kitchen/living area , 6 bar stools on kitchen island. Powder room is down the hall.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are jack and jill style: jack has a queen bed,Jill has a full size bed with trundle. Both rooms have TVs. Bathroom is spa-like retreat with rain shower and custom tile work.
3rd level: second master en suite: king bed with attached bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to private roof deck. Partial view of ocean, TV in room.

Laundrymat is literally across the street, and offers fluff and fold in case you don't feel like doing laundry at the house.
Liquor/ convenience store is about 3.5 blocks away.
SLIGHTLY LONGER WALKING DISTANCE;
• a large grocery store one mile away with CVS pharmacy nearby
• Belmont amusement park or Crystal pier.
• walk to a nearby spa hotel and enjoy sitting on the white sandy shores of the bay, their pool/spa/hotub for a fee. This hotel also is a stopping point for a large quaint public boat that has a dancing bar and it tours the bay.
• rent sailing boats, ski boats, SUP boards, surf boards, etc.
• lessons for aquatic sports or weekly (full or half) day camps for the kids.
• public tennis and basketball courts within 3 min walk!
• rental bikes to bike around the bay or along the ocean coast.
