BOOKING PROCESS
Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

DESCRIPTION
Located 150 feet from the bay and only a short walk to the ocean, this luxurious 2BR/2BA vacation retreat is the perfect beach get-away. The wonderful bay-front property can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

HOME DETAILS
The wonderful 1,050 sq. ft. sun filled condo "Pacific Sands #4090" with its breathtaking bay views provides all the comforts of home. It can't get any better than that! Everything in the condo is of high quality and was furnished & decorated with the goal to maximize the comfort for our vacationers. This is truly a one of a kind vacation spot! The newly remodeled home offers AC (split units in each room) new flooring, quality carpeting, high-end appliances and quality furniture.

The living area has high ceilings and a light & bright open floor plan. The view is absolutely stunning. In summer, you can watch the Sea World fireworks every night. You will enjoy the luxury of a 52' HDTV with Dolby surround system, and DVD in the living room, a 40' HDTV in Master bedroom and 32' HDTV, DVD and I-Home radio in 2nd bedroom. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people (5 chairs plus high chair). The gourmet kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, fridge w/ice maker and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, reverse osmosis water system, Bose sound dock with I-pod and much more.

BUILDING AND COMMUNITY POOL
The condo is on the 3rd floor in a newly remodeled gated building that offers an elevator and free shared laundry. The community pool is not heated but great in summer and nice to just lounge.

PARKING
There is one assigned garage parking spot that fits a mid size SUV.

AMENITIES
You will love the convenience of the key-less entry so you don't need to worry about keys. The property is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and offers high speed internet. Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair, crib, pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

LOCATION
You will love this incredible beach retreat with its truly priceless location. A wonderful park with a very nice big playground is right in front of the building. You are only a short walk away from a variety of nearby stores, restaurants, bars and fun beach activities. You will have easy access to highway 8 and 5 and all major attractions are within 10-20 minutes by car.

PLEASE NOTE
For friend groups everyone must be at least 30 years of age.

We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.

Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
